how to Fix invalid certificate error in google chrome and firefox - hey everyone i faced this problem last hour and i solved it ... 
just go to your Bios settings and restore it to its default,
or make sure you pc date is correct  if this works thumps up so everyone can see
- fix : just check if your date is correct on the lower right corner of your taskbar.

- I was able to fix this simply by running Windows update. Ignoring the problem, as some other people suggest, is a poor and stupid solution.
- i cant fix it to my MMORPG game at facebook. 
- I have this problem and it's not because of the date. I use latest chrome and win 8.1. Is there anything else that can cause this problem? Mine shows CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID.

- Date and time are correct, did not need to change! Still get invalid certificate error in Chrome and Internet Explorer. Also says your connection is not private. Any suggestions are appreciated...Running Windows 7
- wtf this so funny, fair enough if worked for you, did u not notice the date was wrong, the real problem still is there
- Just change DATE and TIME to current date and time, for all who reinstalled windows
