- This is all great. But where do you get the actual grain (wheat)? Ah, yeah. From actual fields. All this "wonderful" technology is simply feeding livestock with enhanced grain. Yes, it is more nutritious, has more vitamins, than plain grain. But there is nothing "awesome " about it. It is expensive, energy and technology intensive product, that has a short shelf life, and it is not for a small farmer.
